This work doesn’t focus on chasing symptoms or forcing progress. Instead, it supports steady, meaningful change that continues to settle over time. Sessions can stand alone or sit alongside other forms of support, depending on what feels right for you.

There’s no expectation to have answers or know exactly where to begin.
Just a willingness to allow something different to take shape.

When the system learns that it no longer needs to stay on alert, calm begins to return naturally.
