SIX WEEKS TO STRONGER EMOTIONAL SKILLS

This six-week coaching programme is designed to bring long-lasting change. Each week, participants learn practical methods to recognise and reduce overwhelming feelings. These sessions help individuals understand their stress response, develop self-awareness, and manage difficult emotions more constructively. From breathing techniques to positive reframing, we focus on skills that are easy to use in real-life situations.
